Headlights stopped working
Morning all, this morning in minus 2 weather i scraped the ice off the screen and drove to work as normal, on the way to work got flashed a few times and thought nothing of it, got to work to realise my headlights weren't on and only drls working, pretty sure they came on this morning when i left im sure i would have noticed while defrosting the windscreen otherwise, anyway before i finish work and diagnose the problem myself, has anyone else had the same issue? I cant imagine both bulbs have blown at the same time? Thought i may aswell get opinions on here before i get chance to do anything after finishing work at 5pm, what is the most probable cause? Thanks in advance Thumbs Up

Check the stalk that switches them on - prone to melt inside as the power for the lights goes through the switch.

Have you lost main and dipped beam?
I recently lost just dip, which turned out to be the pink relay , top right in under dash fuse box.( something to do with now obsolete dim dip feature)

I would still check the relay, mine had one contact pin that had gone green.
When I pu the headlights on dipped wouldn’t illuminate however if I touched the relay they would come on.
Everything would be fine again until the landrover was stopped for several hours, then it would play up again.
