A couple of little bits done on the range rover over the last few days. Made up a headlight loom with relays to improve the light output. They seem brighter to look at but I won't know for sure until I drive it.

Also I have got the LPG system finally connected. It hasn't been used for over 10 years (possibly over 11

) it all fired into life apart from it seems to be only running on one bank. I think one of the regulators has packed up.

Any LPG wizards out there have any ideas? If there are then I'll type a list of things I've tried

Just been doing small mods before I start on the respray. Yesterday I completed the dash. All LED lighting a combination of custom stuff in the centre dash and time clock and plug and play stuff in the gauge cluster.

The main reason for the change is that I wanted white needles with green numbers as I think it looks better.

Somehow timed the picture to perfection and got some of last night's fireworks in the frame

Are you sure they're fireworks and not just the result of some dodgy Lucas wiring

The electics on the range rover are all fully functional and glitch free

Whilst nothing much has been happening with the range rover recently I have fitted new headlights today. Match the 90 too

Looking good. I really fancy a RR classic. Broad Lane do a conversion using a tuned TD5 inside engine which is very tempting.

It would make a brilliant conversion, and I have contemplated it on numerous occasions but every fiber of my being resists removing the lovely V8 especially as it's running so well.

As a usable daily vehicle it makes good sense. The Td5 is powerful and smooth and I'd expect quite economical in a RRC.

I would have one too, make a nice sleeper that. Right up the arses of the german cars!

I am not sure on the lights grafty, the defender yeah but for the classic range rover, I am not too sure, crystals would have been my favourite and a pair of spots.

The crystals have been donated to the 110 as that still had its original quadoptics in. I think the headlights will look better once the front end is finished
