I'm sure I'm not the only person who suffers from the reoccurring question: "I don't know what to get you for (insert birthday or holiday name here), do you have any suggestions?"
I always draw a blank and struggle to remember any of the gadgets I've seen; therefore, I thought it would be useful if we had a thread dedicated to mods, bolt-ons, LR related gifts and general Defender parts that can be purchased for under £100. Something that you can dip into and get some gift inspiration from, in hopes of avoiding another set of novelty socks, soap on a rope or bad jumper ![]() I'll get the ball rolling:- MUD Armrest http://www.mudstuff.co.uk/products/mud-stuff/mud-armrest.html As discussed in proloForêt's post here: http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic54913.html Custom Aluminium Badges from Gavin at Artmin Design http://www.artmindesign.co.uk/search/label/Land%20Rover Examples of his work can be seen on Cheshire110's thread: http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic24916.html?highlight=artmin |

Honestly, bit large and heavy; but a steering guard, many to be had for sub 100 and imo make the front end look much better.

A retro badge, like the ones from artmin for instance.
I have been very happy with the programmable wiper relay and cruise control (post 02-Td5 Wiring Harness at Landreiziger). They also have an electronic heater fan control kit which looks interesting. Joris |

If you go laning I would avoid metal snowcowls! I've lost 2 plastic ones in the past where they have snagged on a branch and snapped off! I imagine a metal one would do much more damage!
