I always used to use an open air car park off Sovereign Street which is literally a 10mins walk into the centre. Reasonably priced from memory and it was just a large gravel patch of land so no height restrictions as far as I can recall. Its probably 4-5 years since I used it so don't know if it is still there. Hopefully someone more local can give more info

There is a good secure park down by the Doubletree (Hilton) under the railway arches I think, no height problems and only 5 mins walk into centre. Not cheap but gives peace of mind. Follow the directions to the Doubletree. Jeff

There's a multi story above Bibi restaurant that in theory you can get into.
However I caught the back edge of my roof when coming down the slopes between floors on the way out ![]() Got in with no problem though! The Soverign Street gravel car park referred to earlier is now an office block in course if construction. Was ideal for Defender parking. |

Large open car park on the site of the old tetleys brewery (dock street area) is the one I use
