...I also live on a flightpath to an international airport (4000ft,which is not much)If I could be bothered I could sue for low flying aircraft almost everyday,as could EVERYONE WITHIN A MILE OF ME.Your call,be respectful of others or expect do-gooders to sue your ass off everytime there is a slightly loud noise. Pov.spec,ftw. 2006, 110,TD5.

i'll second that.

I'd rather get rid of stupidity and antisocial behaviour than fireworks, because that will solve nearly all problems in one fell swoop.

It's not going to happen though.

get rid of stupidity and antisocial behaviour
So hows that going then?? Pov.spec,ftw. 2006, 110,TD5.

Computer security firms that change programmes then make it impossible to upgrade your old software to the new. Don't make old people mad.
We don't like being old in the first place,

Flight paths are nothing, we live under the hover point for the Air Ambulances when visiting the nearby a Hospital not that I'm complaining as they are trying to save someone's life. Don't make old people mad.

Mini Rant Grrrrr
Time for a mini technical rant. I have never liked Mintex brake pads after I was given some at Dingocroft in High Wycombe as supposedly genuine for my dads Discovery. While I was towing the racer down a steep hill in the town they caught on fire and I nearly crashed the whole lot into a house. So removed them and got some proper genuine ones no problems from then on. I was very worried when I purchased my Range Rover and I found an invoice in amongst all the main dealer service paperwork from a local garage showing Mintex pads and discs from a local garage. I was not happy but I have been keeping an eye on them. Low and behold Irene said the brakes are making a funny noise this week and guess what the pads have just fallen apart and broken up. Mintex = ***king Censored  If everything is under control you are not going fast enough.

The wife lost a bank card, so as soon as we noticed she rang the bank turns out that someone has found it and instead of handing it in to the cops or the local branch of the bank they have been spending time on the Internet buying clothing with it. What the hell? Rhubarb and custard let fly with their secret weapon.

A month ago I spent two weeks in hospital under going major back surgery to help me to walk more comfortably.
It worked beautifully.
Now my knee's given out and I'm hobbling just like before

And there is no air on the moon, so how does the balloon fly? And the old boy has a tear, which would evaporate and his brains would be sucked out of his ears. This ad is scientifically misleading for confused children so it should be banned banned banned. Andanotherthing... ...it is rotten to expect reindeer to survive at high altitude. Ban it all.

Sir Lenny Henry? or his proper title Sir Delbert Wilkins. What has this man got his gong for? For being one of the un-funniest men in the world?
Those Premier Inn adverts are a joke too… Everyone knows that he wouldn’t go in a million miles of a Premier Inn, never mind actually stay in one… Anyone else remember his pathetic stab at Eddie Murphy like Hollywood stardom? I think the film was called ‘Double Identity’ and Lenny got ‘whited up’ for the part (of course if someone had blacked up, Henry would be the first to shout about racism!)

Can't stand the unfunny bloke... For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at..

He became a sir for being a big part in setting up comic relief that has made millions if not billions for charity.... But I do agree he's not very funny. Ray

Regarding the John Lewis ad, I'm not entirely certain that it's appropriate to show an old man spying on a young child through a telescope. A sign of the times I know Question I started with nothing and still have most of it left!
