 Are they GRP  if so a hand grinder with the right cutting disc. A GRP Disc won't clog (as easily) you can also use a lubricant, washing up liquid will do   A Hand Grinder gives a clean cut too  SKIP https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic83242.html | ||

I simply sued a 9" grinder with a diamond disc or a Stainless disc in. Done in seconds. Wear appropriate PPE as it is a dusty old job | ||
