i wouldn't bother spending more money on something with a higher RMS watt out put as you will need to wire an amp into to get the full sound quality and potential.
if your running them off the existing head unit the average out put is normally 4x50w.

i have these VIBE Slick 4 Inch 4" 10cm
very good sound quality and wont distort with a standard 50x4 way amp in most head units as they have a RMS 50w with peak 150w. they fit straight in using the same 4 screws as the original speakers.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VIBE-SLICK-40-V2...4cf99c2282

i then added a sub and amp combo to provide the bass and low frequency tones.

Cheers Chad saw this last week ordered them, got them yesterday installed today and i am very impessed much better high end clarity not thrown to much bass at them yet but for 30 good cheap upgrade.

Mine came as a complete unit with the amp and speakers in an enclosure. As I hardly use the rear of my truck I wired it in on an umbillical so it can be moved anywhere in the rear dependant on load. Obviously the best place for it is facing forward at the rear door. If I had long hair I'd look like the geezer from The Range advert with the ear speaker when it's on.

Know the one Rolling with laughter Bow down Rolling with laughter I use the rear all the time for stuff not always the cleanest of cargo either so I won't be doing that. I was going to make a custom cubby.
