Seat belt fixings are usually 7/16 UNF

There's no separate part listed for the bolt, as far as LR are concerned they are "captive" and not supplied on their own from the seat belt assembly.
It is highly likely to be a standard 7/16 UNF seat belt bolt, just getting the right length. Is it for the "D" or the reel? ![]() ![]() |

It's not available from LR as an individual part, it is part of the seat belt assembly (so about £200 to replace). As noted above it should be a 7/16" UNF HT setscrew and it should be reasonably easy to replace.
If you've only lost one measure the length off the other. Edit, post crossed with Martin's. Last edited by blackwolf on 19th Aug 2025 1:35pm. Edited 2 times in total |

This is for the D, I believe. Up above the shoulder towards the top of the B pillar. Any idea the length? Is Grade 8 sufficient?

They are both gone... kinda the last bit needed to nip up the 6 point internal cage install ! Devil is in the details as they say! |

Being imperial rather than metric they'd normally be specified using SAE grades, and an SAE grade 5 (equivalent to metric 8.8 ) would be ok and almost certainly what was there originally. SAE grade 8 (equivalent to metric 10.9) would of course also be ok. Don't go lower than SAE 5 or metric 8.8. They're quite long, perhaps 2", since they have to pass through the belt D and the stand-off swivel. Do a Google image search and you should find a picture e.g. https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-EVB500820PMA |

Thank you Martin and Blackwolf for keeping me on track. Picked up two Grade 8 7/16th UNF (aka fine thread here in canada) and a matching washer. A tad of copper grease on them and they went in like a champ! Thank you so much for saving me headache and 200$ on two kits. Total spent $3.16 USDollars and the diesel it took to get to the store. Cheers mate's!

Good result, and I am pleased to have been of help.
Incidentally, when did Pinner become a place in Canada? ![]() |

Well, I know that London is a city in Ontario, so perhaps Pinner is just outside London....
