Pivi Pro playing up, no sound.
Two times in the last 5 days I've had the following -

Unable to play any music
No connection to Alexa
Sat nav works but it's muted
Can start a phone call but auto uses my handset, no speaker or mic via car.

Volume button does nothing on screen or on wheel.

Can't reset screen as powered button does nothing. Turning car off for a few minutes sorted it last time.

Can't be the only one?

Can you not reset privi by holding down Center of volume button for about 20 seconds 🤔 24MY HSE X-Dynamic 90 Carpathian Grey

Are you doing it while stationary and in park, but with the engine running?

Happened to me a few times over the years... normally sorts itself out after the car goes to sleep (leave it locked for 30+mins I think)

but disconnecting the battery for a moment also does the trick
(tip: enable service mode on the remote app so they don't think it's been stolen) Cheers, David

Before disconnecting the battery, with the subsequent danger to the car, I would remove and after place again the blue fuse 51 from the trunk fuse box....and if it doesn't work any other related one from the list that appears in the user manual!
good luck! Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Defender 110 SE I6 D250 23MY

I had a separate issue where I had to replace the amp for the fuse. Where do we find a fuse map for the other bigger fuses in the loadspace fusebox? FL13? I think it is covers the amp. When this fuse is removed, pivi produces no sound, no even from a blinker. The volume knob does not work. You may want to try resetting the amp by removing the fuse FL13-FL16, I don't recall the #, there is only one there. And use that remove/replace to reset it.

You are not alone.
wierdly, the phone connects but calls are muted, no radio....
Happened to me three times so far, the car is 3 weeks old. Only "time" fixes the issue. a real PITA.

To reset I think you need to hold down telephone button for 25 seconds (car must be in Park). Works on my MY24 RRS

Mines playing up and does it from time to time including the last few days

The pivi rest usually fixes it but doesnt

I never know whether its a sim/software car issue or a server issue JLR side. You can see if the cars got an active connection in the settings. Mike

I have the car for one month and it happened to me twice.
Holding down the volume button for 20secs sorted it. But it is very annoying.
