Lube up everything there with white lithium grease, except the track of course and the glass edge, there probably is a few fixings that a bit loose at the lower edge, I seem to remember there is a foamy or rubber like edge that keeps it in place with some bolts, they might need slightly re-tightening (just a little
![]() It shouldn’t happen at all really, but annoyingly the best way of getting at it is behind the door card, but equally if you wanted to fit some sound proofing there, then it’s an ideal time to do these multiple jobs at once. You can quite easily go around with door cards off anyway, if you are short of time, so long as the other “furniture” is in place such as handles etc, but go very easy taking the door cards off as the parts to the rear can snap, but they won’t with careful use of trim tools to pop each one off. IIRC Blackwolf on here likely knows a lot about the elec window system and the issues you are talking about, I remember looking at them myself on mine, but you’ll need to identify exactly what is up with yours, it’s obviously loose or missing parts there, causing the issue. ![]() ___\⭐️Lone|Star|State/___ ____\We|Will|Win/___ ____/🇬🇧🇺🇸\____ _//*⛽️🛢️⚙️🧰*\\_ |

There are rectangular alloy shims which space the window track in, usually a stack of two or three at the bottom of the window track. I’ve had a 2015 which had no shims fitted so window glass was loose fit in sliders.
