Things that I've found help -
1) Driving style - when pulling away I bring the clutch up gently and fully first, and only then when moving press on the accelerator pedal. That's different to every other car I've ever driven. 2) Changing rear half shafts for 1 piece versions reduced slop and helped a lot. 3) I had an exhaust blow between the exhaust manifold and the dpf. I'm convinced that fixing that somehow resulted in a far smoother driving experience, which I didn't expect & I don't understand - ??!! 4) Recently my 110 got a lot more clunky with increasing bunny hop tendencies. it turned out this was a precursor to the output shaft totally failing. |
