South Africa 2013 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 SW Keswick Green
Body vibrating
Hi everyone. My 2.2 puma is vibrating badly at around 110km/h. Only vibrates when accelerator is released with a cracking sound through the chassis. Steering is stable and everything looks fastened. Can anyone assist as to what could be going on? Smile

It could be many things, but easy things to check for play are props, their universal joints and flanges where they connect to the front and rear differentials and transfer case.

Also check the front diff for carrier wear as the hole in the diff carrier for the cross-pin can elongate.
