I completely understand you: more than 2 years fighting is really painfull and asking to give more time to them is difficult , but unfortunately you dont have too much alternatives. Legally speaking the only probe that you have that the fails exists is the LR statment and the time for any legal claim should be counting from this point. As Fekete said, leave the car in the dealers until were repair 100%. That will put more pressure on them. Well, nothing more to said for now ... i did that
left the defender with them for about eight weeks and had a loan disco 3 went on hoilday in it it worked very well i had the car inspected by landrover uk a list of faults was made and i did not accept it back until they where all complete daniel |

update
well its back pick up saturday poor starting was down to a fuel leak now fixed needs a new diff now on back order from land rover |
