Shocked I bet the new exhaust sounds a lot quieter! And a lot less chance of exhaust fume poisoning. Ray

Yeah is it not and its a lot more happier now! The rear and centre section were not that old when I bought here Shocked So it really shows how long cheap stuff lasts! The front pipe was on borrowed time, Give that another 3 months and that would have gone through. Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

Yeah it was great mash getting my hands dirty! I had a good run of things going well, but it was starting to die off with the seat belt bracket sadly. So I packed my tools up and went in. Rule is if things are going well stop, that way you come back on a mental high.
Also i give my speaker wire end a little nip to make the sound a lot better, My friend on friday told me of his fond memories of the charger, and said it was a cracking buy! Be nice to get that put to bed at some point. Smile Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

My dad has on his, and it runs a lot better, Mine seems to be running a lot better, but that could have been due to the exhaust and fuel pipe problem. Thumbs Up Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

Its as close now as it will be for an MOT, as I have just fitted the replacement seatbelt mount. So I will just throw it in for an mot to see what happens. Chances are it will fail Rolling Eyes Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

I got the car booked in for its mot for Monday along with the timing belt change. Be interesting to see what the story is there, as I don't think its had one judging by the things we have come across.
Anyway here is a little treat for you, been saving this one since saturday Very Happy

I am missing a set of spaces for the spare wheel, so its not exactly secure. Fingers crossed those should be in the post Thumbs Up

But there you have it! the major upgrade of 2018! Well another one bar the brakes! Very Happy
The old Censored went with the tyre fitter, he may weigh them in or sell them on. The black nut covers i had on the old wheels are up for grabs, if anyone wants them, as i will just bin them. Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back
