I'd like it wired so I have to switch it on and off from the same switch each time, so if I've finished with the light at the back I have to switch it off there etc. Would it be safe and would it work like I'm thinking if I wire it up like this?

Disclaimer: wiring not my best subject Rolling with laughter

I wired mine with two switches, uno on the cubby box and the second on the rear, closer to the Left loudspeaker.

Below you can see the electrical diagram.

With the cubby box switches (ON-OFF.ON) you can select:
1. Rear lamp ON
2. Rear lamp OFF
3. Rear lamp ON with reverse

with the rear one you can switch on the lamp

and, yes, very good quality, very nice style and powerful....

That looks a great install Thumbs Up a little too complicated for my needs though Embarassed I'm thinking of just the one switch in the front at the moment. It's all on hold for now until I fix the daughters car Rolling Eyes

South crosland, she should have stuck to main roads but didn't realise as she's only been driving a month. Ray

Glad she's ok but its a steep learning curve. Thumbs Up

Yes the wall has been knocked down a few times that I know of, it's quite a steep hill that gets very icy when cold and it's 60mph so catches a few out. She says she was only going slow but it looks like she's braked too hard and just slid from half way up the hill so there was no avoiding the wall. After her attitude this morning I was considering telling her to get her car off my drive and pay someone to fix it Evil or Very Mad who'd have kids! Ray

That's the one, from the sands house pub below the airfield. The real kicker was, just as we had checked we'd given the wall owner all her details, cleared the road and jumped in the defender to come home the gritter went past Big Cry Ray
