Excess load if you can’t see any obvious faults, if there is a ground fault on that circuit, that could increase current draw and keep popping the fuse. (Which is why it can appear as a sporadic fault).

I have decided to replace the compressor. Does anyone know what gasket the manifold to compressor uses? And the torques for same? |

The compressor is engaged and disengaged by a magnetic clutch. So replacing the compressor itself probably help. Check the magnetic clutch and the circuit.
