Drivetrain Vibration
Hello Experts,

I have just had the transfer box of my 110 pick up replaced. The vehicle now had a vibration between 60 and 75 km/h (37 -47 mph).
I have checked the balance of the tire balance - all good;
The propshafts have been balanced - all good;
The phasing of the propshafts is good, all arrows aligned;

If I remove the rear Propshaft, the vibration disappears.

What could be causing this? 2003 Defender 90 TD5 SW

Other areas other than transfer box to check would be:

Wear on the Tyres - uneven wear of the tread can cause this - could try swapping rear wheels for front see if that changes anything
Bent track rod or panhard rod
Loose or worn track rod ends
Loose drop arm
Worn swivel bearings

Sounds like the rear prop. Perhaps it was noisy before the t/c rebuild but sound was absorbed by the general wear of the old t/c? I assume that the original or correct replacement mounts have been fitted? 1983 110 automatic OM606

I recently replaced my rear prop as the MOT noticed a bit of play. Driveline feels better now.
The UJ at the diff end didn't feel right and had a bit of a flat spot. 1999 Defender TD5 110
