If you can turn the engine, it is not hydlocked by fuel in pistons. Check oil level and look for diesel in engine oil. It you are hearing bubling noises from engine during purge cycle, let it purge again. Try starting with full throtle. Sometimes it is not easy to purge whole fuel system.
Are you sure, you have removed whole overlooked plug? Some small part some where in fuel system is not good idea. "Drobek" = The Small One - Discovery 2, "Blufínek" = The Blue Thing - Defender 130, and for me at least Ford Mondeo Smile

Oil level is at about 80% full. There‘s also no hint of diesel smell in the oil. So should I continue to trigger the purge cycle + cranking full throttle for 30sec until it finally starts?
