I received the tool today and went through the activation process. For reference purposes in case it's helpful to anyone, here are the original (unchanged) CCF files from our two Defenders: a 2022.5 P400 SE (USA) and a 2023.5 P300 S (USA).

I'm hoping these links work.

2022.5 P400 SE

2023.5 P300 S
https://www.dropbox.com/s/udq8wyf6z6guk6j/...A.txt?dl=0

I looked at the differences between the files using BBEdit on a Mac. It's pretty interesting to see what's different between the cars.

Thank you, I'll start comparing with what I know so far and see if I can get anywhere on some of these other options. 20MY Defender 110 Fuji White

Looking through the files is so interesting. I appreciate how verbose the settings are and not just some hex code. But some of it is hard to understand (at least per my superficial pseudo-reverse engineering). Like:

MultiCAN-660 ActivityKey
Not Fitted

This is from the P400 car that has the activity key from the factory. Why does this say not fitted?

Or…

MultiCAN-677 MildHybridType
MHEV System NOT implemented

The P400 is an MHEV. So…huh?

I’m sure these settings makes sense somehow, just really interesting.

Yeah, it's pretty strange. I have several settings that say I don't have something enabled, but I know for sure I have it. I think they're just not used. The ccf concept is a holdover from the Ford days and there are a lot that are just ignored.

Btw, can you go to your ccf list again and make sure to click "Unsupported" down at the bottom to list the full list? Then you can share the entire list where some values are hidden.

Thanks for your help on this. 20MY Defender 110 Fuji White

FYI, although mine are set as "Fog light without restrictions", they still go out when the high beams are active. 2020 NAS Defender 110 HSE 5-seater / Silver / Khaki / Black Pack / Black Roof / Satin Film / Cold Pack / Off-Road Pack / Advanced OR Pack / Comfort + Convenience Pack / Sirius + HD radio / HUD / Meridian Surround

Indeed, not all CCF settings are taken into account by the car. Its been this way since the beginning of the Ford era and passed down up to today. http://www.gap-diagnostic.com/

Side note, I was also playing with saving Start/Stop so it doesn't keep resetting to on when you get back in the car.

MultiCAN-566 MHLastUserMode = Enabled

Does this work only for auto stop/start? If my last used mode was Eco, would it be Eco on the next start? 1981 Series III 88 Santana Especial

Saving the TR mode was what I was hoping it would do too, but it only handles Start/Stop. 20MY Defender 110 Fuji White
