cheers terr, have you looked at the Mud side pillar trims? Where you can fit more wires up the window screen posts? I fitted them to the TD5, gives you more room for wires. Thumbs Up Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

Yes mate I did but I’ve not run any extra wiring up the sides so seemed a tad pointless..

Moving forward.. the side seating frame built and sorted with under seat storage ..and a secret compartment for stuff .. toilet fits in the centre section it’s a nice to have ..and mocking up the work area ready for the diesel cooker heater instal . Forgot to mention the interior lights we are using rechargeable lights with magnetic bases .. they also have a movement sensor option which works well for us and moveable around the vehicle and outside..

So we are built ..six months of weekends and evenings..the bulk of her is done .
Still awaiting rear window and door blinds ..and we still have to have the canvas replaced by dormobile as it still leaks …very proud of my other half for all her wood work skills not too shabby for a first effort.
Had a few test runs up on the moor etc and she fits in with the house nicely.. new awning to add in the new year to replace the fox wing ..and a few other modifications.. but we are pleased as .. thank you for tagging along and I hope you all have as pleasant a Christmas as can be had ..

That is very well done. Love the clear gull wing rear window Smile And what are you swapping the foxing for?

Thank you mate .. it’s amazing the amount of light we have .. we are doing for a Darche eclipse 270 with the walls .. I have 3 walls for the fox wing but we want to be able to enclose and I rather like the door it has ..
