Depends how it's held in. Is it a double ended bolt screwed into a rivnut in which case try unwinding it with a couple of nuts locked together on the thread. Alternatively a decent angle grinder or disc cutter will make short work of it. Steve.

Has anyone any further insight to this topic? I too am running into an interference with this post as I am installing a dual battery tray and I would rather not use the dremel on it in our communal garage if possible... Roaming around 🇳🇴🇨ðŸ‡

while we're in the area, any idea why there is a moulded plastic plate under the seatbox/battery box protecting.... nothing? Roaming around 🇳🇴🇨ðŸ‡
