I have a XS in Silicon Silver and think that the colour suits being coded

100%. I had a silicon silver SE and now a silicon silver XS, and the colour-coded version is a lot nicer in my opinion.

yeah - thats me too - silicon siliver - very pleased with it.
Must admit I'm impressed with the P400 too !
Chesire110 - what tyres do you have on yours - are they duratrac's?
If yes - did you run with road tyres before - did you notice much tyre noise difference?

I looking at changing mine soon - ive run General Grabber AT's before - not much difference in noise but a lot better off road grip.

Wondered about DT's this time round - - -

Thanks

BFG All Terrain KO2s in 265/60/20 actually. Certainly noisier than road tyres but still very quiet overall, and on-road they are fine but not 'great' in any way. They are pretty old school AT tyres really but are tough as old boots and generally suit my use well. Cheers, David

Hi, same as mine and the XS does the colour! I really want to add the spare wheel cover - please could you let me know where you got your Silicon Silver cover from? OEM or repro?

Hi
I specd mine with the car when I ordered it. The dealer said it was the first gloss black/coloured one they’d seen. The previous ones were unpainted black/coloured.

Looks great and the gloss black suits the XS. All that was available when I bought my XS (first release) was the standard silver / matt black cover so I didn't bother, though I see you can now order all colours for the cover.

I know it's an expensive option now - kind of OK if you spec the car with it, but too much as a post purchase accessory for me unfortunately.

You can buy a colour coded spare wheel cover from Vulkan for about £200, half the price of the LR one, and quality seems good.
