I think if it's the latch i'm thinking about you remove the Phillips screw that hold the inside part, remove the inside part to reveal the Phillips screw that hold the outside part, remove the screw and you should be sorted...

Thanks. Yes the screws are removed but the catch isn’t coming out of the glass. Not sure if it is bonded or just a bit stuck with time. Didn’t want to pry and damage the glass. 🙏 2015 90 XS Santorini Black

Perhaps they are simply stuck with time.
