I have just took out the crystals and the night breaker bulbs as they are not as good as the wipac quads i have in now with the 150% brighter bulbs and i did try the bulbs in the crystals before they came out Very Happy

As for a loom, i did have one in and yes it made a good bit of difference with it being brighter, but after a while it kept on blowing the headlight fuses, so i took it off and no more fuses blowing Thumbs Up

As for the light switch, i have only ever had one go in all the years i have had Millie so all is good on that front Thumbs Up

There are allot of fors/against the different looms that have been discussed on this forum, so it's hard to make a decision on which one to get Rolling Eyes as for making one up myself, i'm not that brainy enough Rolling Eyes

As Wipac Crystals are widely accepted as a huge improvement over Quadoptics, the fact that you're not seeing it really does suggest that something is wrong, unfortunately. Could be the headlight switch contacts deteriorating or some other resistance in the existing wiring caused by any number of potential faults.

The fact that you've only had one light switch fail doesn't mean it can't happen again, I'm afraid. That's like saying I've never had a puncture so I don't need to carry a spare. Darren
