Yes you can, you'd need the same spec as LR recommend.
I'd recommend pre-mixed for simple topping up as it saves a lot of hassle.

I use Motul Inugel Optimal, however mine is a 2.4 so the specs could well be different.
I am sure someone in here will be along shortly who can confirm as from your profile I am assuming yours is a 2.2.

I bought one of these caps last week for my 2.2 puma 2013 & it seems to have solved the problem I had with the original leaking a bit. (The one I received is yellow not black as shown in the photo.)

Following reports that suggest they're more robust that the standard one, I fitted an Iveco cap to my expansion tank, which incorporates a blow off pipe:

They're not cheap, though, and tracking one down that I could buy on line was a bit of a challenge but I eventually sourced it from a website called 'Vexi', which is an online store operated by Norfolk Truck & Van Ltd:

I ordered the cap in the post above via the link. Went for the cheaper postage offer stating 5-7 days. Only ordered yesterday and it’s sent and being delivered tomorrow. Very good service.

Thanks for the info.
