To be clear these 'lights' what ever I decided will not be used all the time, in fact far from it, they will be either on the bumper or a roof bar and used in conjunction with the wave to other Landy's Smile

Mainly for looks, in the same reason I have a sump guard Thumbs Up

For this reason I see little point in buying lazer pro extreme titanium, when a Β£40 light will do the job Smile

Not applicable to everyone but anyone who has a tubular bumper or A bar I would also highly recommend the 'X Clamps' as a mounting solution, unless you have pre welded mountings.
On mine, I have pre welded mounts plus need mounts on 3" tubular, they suited my needs so perfectly.
Nice, tight reliable fit and look nice even too.

Cannot beat Β£14 a pair or so with SS fixings on top.

They are on eBay. Thumbs Up

I haven't quite finished my work on my two, but aiming to this Christmas quite a bespoke fit inc numberplate mounts on mine combined made from scratch.

custom90steve, any chance you can put up a link for the X clamps? I can't seem to find anything that would fit a tubular bumper searching for that. Tdci 110 DC

Okay, Wattage and lumens likely far reduced to advertised but I can confirm they are mega bright with lovely light spread.
Spot and Flood combined, colour K temp is identical more or less to Noldens so no stupid colours or prismatic effects.
Stood up to weather and Salisbury plain dunkings so far too, no moisture issues either.

Each to their own, I'm very happy indeed...

The clamps, come with two sets of SS fixings and are reversible to suit 2" bar or 3" bar like mine.

And room to adjust within that range easily too.
They are very popular on the Jeep sceen and in the US for UTV's etc also.

I presently have 4 cheap nine inch led β€œbars” on my roof rack, the 2 inner are spots and the 2 outers floods, they are switched and wired to come on with main beam. I extremely satisfied with them but when I switch back to dip it’s like driving into a coal hole with a candle!
Can anyone suggest a light which I can use to supplement the dip beam? Or is it just a case of positioning a spot so it’s beam is within the dip pattern? 2010 Defender 110 Station Wagon, Santorini Black.

What headlights are you running?
