Anyone got either of the below head units? Need to combine with the dab aeriel too so recommendations would be very welcome!

I’ve got the CDE196DAB - nice unit, works well. I’m happy with it!

Thanks Jeremy - did you connect to existing aeriel (metal one on wing) or add another? Bit of a novice at this!

From reading others post it appears to. It might be worth replacing the currant aerial for a new one at the same time, as Bob did it on an older aerial without success, but after replacing the old aerial it worked
![]() I tried the screen mount with little success, being a sunday and desperate whilst all the dash was in bits I rolled the dice, with the view Id get a roof mount one later. It works a treat ![]() Bobs thread -http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic31762.html?highlight=dab+splitter |

Got the UTE93DAB works well. All my music is put onto a memory stick to save storage and any dust problems. Have got a roof mount aerial with magnetic base (as above from Halfords), attached a small piece of steel to my roof rack to give it somewhere to stick to.
