 I may be cancelling mine. Altho Ineos - to their credit - have been honouring prices at the time of order, so I will be getting mine £9k cheaper than current price. I may offer it for sale before cancelling the order, on the basis the new owner save money, and I also make a small profit - maybe share the saving with the new owner (you save £4.5k and I earn £4.5k  ) Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's) | ||

 The two seat would start at €71,995 or £62,606. We would need the middle row for our daughter so the price goes up. The five seat starts at €99,995 or £86,935.  DVLA see the Grenadier as "Commercial" so l think you pay Commercial Vehicle road tax which is £330 and no initial higher rate when new. ln the U.K. at least. Last edited by lightning on 14th Jul 2023 6:20pm. Edited 1 time in total | ||

 On a motorway journey l can get 40mpg at around 70mph In city driving it's 30mpg Stop/start and short journeys between customers is 26mpg | ||

 It seems the focused on solid axles and a ladder frame. The rest might important but not really. | ||

 And the start price for the cheapest version (the two seat Commercial) is now £65,000. Add a few essentials such as a towbar and you quickly end up at £70,000. Makes a Defender Commercial seem cheap !! And you can get the tax/VAT back through your LTD company. BIK on the Defender is Commercial rates so £700 per year. l still love the Grenadier and would consider one over my Defender, but the figures just don't add up. | ||

 79 Series isn't available in the EU is it? Certainly not in the UK. Don't know how the price compares, but I doubt half the price. Quick Google says AUS$80,000 starting price and I don't think that is for the nice trim. Sure I watched a YouTube review of one costing over $100,000 AUS. The 79 Series is also way more basic, much lower spec, less refined, less powerful and slower. | ||
