some are worse than others it's the pressing for the handle which causes it 2.4 90 XS

My 09 puma is the same and I think nearly all vehicles are.I fitted the new style steel door to my V8 90.They were perfect after spraying but as the handles were fitted, the large dent appeared. It's the handle that causes it,Landie phenomenon! Puma 110 SW

Ive straightened mine by taking the trim off the inside and glueing some plywood (dont laugh it's only tempoary) so it pushes the dents out. I found that the door handles were not the cause of the dents as I slakened mine off and they were still there. The passanger door is now perfect but the drivers door is still a mess, I am going to take the door off and place it on a flat surface so I can puch them out properly. 1964 Series IIA SWB Truck Cab - gone

All cars have CURVED surfaces.
Defender has PLANE surfaces so, You can build the Defender doors with 3mm Birmabright or steel, but when you close a screw or a rivet/nut you'll note a bend surface Discovery 5 td6 HSE Stornoway Gray Outback Engineering Limited Edition IID Pro MV License |
