Seals and washers. I've heard they are easy to fit but when I had mine replaced I was having other work done so the garage did it for me so can't really say.

Finally got the injector seals in (finished about 1amthis morning) and a new loom to stop the oil from traveling down the loom , tried to start it and it was rough and didn't want to have a go so I left it for a couple mins and tried again ...started with a splutter and then ticked over perfectly , put some revs on and it sounded fine so I replaced the oil incase it had Desiel in from the leaking injectors and it's been perfect all day , stop and started it about 10 times so am happy . Biggest job I have done on an engine to date . Thanks for everyone's input .

PS incase anyone else reads this and attempts it- didn't have the injector remover tool so I stripped a pair of slip joint pliers down and used the 90 degree side. Worked perfectly. Think you would struggle with out the proper gear otherwise

I've used a long allen key for extracting the injectors before now, that worked well also.
