So there are different ones Embarassed
I guess the adjusters are always obvious hooky things though? Tell someone you love them today because life is short.
But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing...

Thanks for the video link Yorky. Just the job.
They are definitely an improvement over the standard lights. Approx 20-25% brighter and a much better/crisper spread.
Took a little longer to fit as I also did a little modification. I got the Crystals with side light which included the bulb holder for a 501 5W bulb. Had to trim the siicone base of the bulb holder a little and file a cut out in the plastic headlight holder so that the sidelight plug wouldn't foul the headlight levelling motor etc: BUT I now have DRL's. The sidelights in the headlamp are wired via a 5 pin relay to come on with the ignition and go out with the sidelights.
Used ordinary 501 bulbs from my spare bulb draw but have some LED bulbs on order and will replace when I replace the headlight rims with stainless steel, also on order.
The present rims are rusty already despite being replace by dealer 6 mths ago under warranty. Thumbs Up Thumbs Up LANDYWATCH

Do they give better distance down dark lanes? BM52

Hi bm25. That is one of the reasons I decided to fit them. I think they have a better spread. On Dipped a good central light but more on the L side to show verges etc: well. Main been seems much more defined , a very good distance . That is my personal view. I'm glad I changed. Thumbs Up LANDYWATCH

Hi All.

Sorry to butt in on this thread.

I have the crystals fitted and they are a vast improvement. My question is how do you aline the beam reflectors when driving on the continent? (Halfrauds stick on). Or can you recomend a better solution?

regards Myn Smoke me a kipper I'll be back for breakfast.
