Genuine LR ipod kit question
1.Does the genuine LR ipod kit charge the iphone or ipod ?
2.Does anybody have a picture or how big the connector is that goes into the iphone or ipod ? Because i use a bumper on mine
3.And last but not least is it any good ?

It came standard on my SVX. But it does not charge the ipod. It transmits the signal to the radio via an FM channel, top of my head 97.7.... Works well, sound reproduction very good, but mind an SVX has not the standard radio/loudspeakers, it is a better Clarion system with subwoofer.... You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.

As ericv's it came standard with my SVX and tbh rubbish, it doesn't work with iPhone or any 4th generation iPod out of date back in 2008.

What I do is just use the 3.5mm aux in. Formerly mao99999

Sorry for the thread hijack....

The one I have is the showerproof one as pictured. It has the internal rubber seal and I even have the extremely uncomfortable original yellow earpieces. It does still work but 'eats' batteries like there's no tomorrow, after just a couple of hours the tapes start playing 'slowmo!'

Thumbs Up

I do actually know what an Ipod is just in case anyone's wondering...... Rolling with laughter Bow down If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!

I was hoping that it charged the device and give you full control of selecting tracks from the stereo
