Check proper adjustment on your bias springs. Also make sure to use MTL (or ATF Dex 3) in the gearbox.

At what speed do you up-shift first to second ? If I exceed 15 km/h, the gearbox doesn't let me go into 2d gear.

It's not a fast gearbox, don't try to drive it like a car. Double-declutching up and down is beneficial to smoothness.
