	Probably not connected, but sometimes when I start the car it doesn’t run for more than a second. Then I start it again and it’s fine. Seems to drive ok - no obvious change.

	You can use them as you wish. Maybe not as bright as spotlights but I just want extra lighting more for cosmetic reasons. Thanks
