The D350 is already available in the Range Rover, replacing the SDV8.

Very disappointing that the 90 Hard Top has such limited options, can’t see why there’s a case to restrict it so tightly.

The clear benefit is that an electronically-controlled locking/limited slip diff works in all environments and situations (including on the road), rather than just being locked or open.
