Flywheel spigot bush. Nothing to worry about unless it gets really bad. They all do it
We fit these as a matter of course when doing a clutch kit. Makes no difference.

It's common to Disco 2 and Defender.
We normally fit genuine LR clutch kits, and they do this from new. It's embarrasing when we reverse the car out of the workshop to hand it back to the customer ... |

I like to keep a 'just legal' spare, as I'm sure most thefts are for the tyres. Alloy wheels aren't worth much to weigh in, so I can't see pikeys going to the effort of removing them for this.  |
