There is a felt washer/seal behind the nut and steel washer.
Oil seeps through.
Best (read cheap fix) I can suggest is remove said felt washer, wash in something that will get rid of the oil, let ... |

In my country that's a lot of money.
I do my own work and did a whole service (filters, oil and timing belt) for about a 3rd of the £300. |
