Had a series 3, Two of them, a 1987. 90 diesel. Now on to a 2011 Puma.

It`s dry, nice and warm in side, goes well. Had a few issues under warranty now had it 18 months. It`s a keeper.

Brought one myself a while ago, I fitted it up side down to the cubby box. This way you can hide the wires better.
You have to raise the box by 13 mm to route the loom thru. See spacers under the box ...
