Funny I did have the same with my td4 !
Do not know why but seems to go better after clean the ground cable attached to the transfert box

Ok, there is a pump.
Did somebody already try to put a empty fuelfilter and let it fill automaticaly.
I always fill it with diesel and with the risk ...

I did have oil going in cooler system.
I did not try to repare the oil cooler and replace it with a Ford part , oil filter is different.
