just an update fixed it finally today
first off replacement handbrake light switch from LR, that sorted the handbrake light working but the lights continued to flicker

are you sure its the bulk head seal?
i suspect its the vent flap seals that are letting water in? |

Hi strange one this, had some problems originally with the 3 lights (warning, abs ,tc)
It is a 2001 TD5 Defender 90 X-Tech
