| It could be your tyre fouling the radius arm when on full lock. The lock stop may need adjusting perhaps? |

I am no mechanic but was an easy fit.
Once fitted you need very little movement between the gears especially 3-5 or back. |

| Probably the pump (in tank) priming the system, although I think there it a non-return valve to stop fuel draining back to the tank which should avoid this. This was the case on a TD5, not sure about ... |
