Plastic degas bottle can leak a bit when hot, also the plastic heater valve. However if you bypass the cooler you will find out. I doubt there is any hot gases flowing through it wink! :lo ... |

I would say equal fuse box max load. However mine is fed off the second battery feeding the fridge freezer so it is permanently live, so only a fused supply!  |

82degree thermostat will help, however the temperature will still exceed 82C when loaded up and pulling a grade at @50C. I think that the radiator is a little inadequate in capacity!  |
