How is the bumper holding-up with the dog cl ...

But I wonder if I might prefer the Defender with a layer of dirt on it. So it looks like it actually does some w ...

Nope - last car got washed 4 times in 5 years (was an Isuzu pickup mind)

I have it on a VW and I hate it.

Not sure if the Defender does this, but my VW won't overtake on the inside so, due to the seemingly endless number of middle-lane drivers, my VW slows down to the ...

I've always been quite obsessive about keeping a clean car - polished, waxed and looking new.

But it feels wrong with the Defender. For a utilatarian vehicle with steel wheels and rubber floors, I ...

I’ve yet to use cruise control but in normal driving if I lift off the accelerator there’s a noticeable slowing/breaking effect.

There's a huge difference between lifting your foot off and putt ...

Not that I’ve found in any menu and the iGUIDE doesn’t really mention the MHEV system.

There’s also no indication that the car is using or charging the battery.

I'm happy to be wrong but I think my surmisation that it's the MHEV system is correct.

It's very obvious when lifting my foot off the accelerator (without cruise activated). You can feel that the ...

I've also noticed this, but it's very subtle. It doesn't bother me.

True, it is very subtle. But something I've never experienced before - probably something we'll all have to get used to as fossi ...

I'm guessing it's bec ...
