So the V8 is going to be announced and it looks like it will cost just over £100k for the 90 standard spec.

Who’s got a X on order and going to be the first to cancel and upgrade to the V8? Rolling with laughter

Certainly looks LR produced to me... Guess we are expecting an announcement soon...

Will be interesting to see how it’s priced & specced etc. Cheers, David

Where did you read that? The projected starting I’ve seen is $90k for the 110.

Right out of the article.

“ Priced from £98,505 for the 90 and £101,150 for the larger, five-door 110, the new addition to the range is marked out visually by its quad-exit exhaust, grey 22in alloy wheels and blue front brake callipers, while a bespoke tune for the induction and exhaust systems should help to tell the V8 apart from its quieter four- and six-cylinder range-mates.”

which based upon the law of averages and the usual rorting techniques means in Australia it will be at least a $200K+

I would say that's more to do with the exchange rate and the cost of transporting a 2.5 tonne vehicle 8,000+ miles from Europe to Australia.

Probably similar cost to USA... but USA they sell at 20 to 30% less than in Europe....

They charge what they can get away with....
