Have you taken all the hoses off and looked inside? Hoses can delaminate internally.

A simple tweak of the adjuster to give the shoes sufficient clearance way from the drum is all that it takes to get it sorted.

Pioneer are pretty good and the unit you bought from Halfords has a USB port which is a useful feature. It is quite amazing just how much music you can fit on a memory stick!

Probably the master cylinder, but as others have said, change the slave at the same time.

Use good quality replacement cylinders, those that come in a blue box may not last very long!.

I bought a switch for my TD5 from Dingocroft www.dingocroft.co.uk - you also need the connector thing to wire it in.

It's worth bearing mind the plate below the cubby is pretty thin and the running gear is right below!
Dynamat under the rubber but on top of the plate really helps not just ordinary noise / vibration ...

My heated screen has a few broken elements and a chip. Just looked at my policy and the repair excess is a tenner, but replacement carries an excess of £140 ouch!!!
