| Just meassgaed the vendor, he only has pics of the plate, but he says the S2 club recognise the engine number. Can that be transp[osed to a reg number or is that expecting to much of the system |

And there in lies the issue, he only has the data tag and reg plate, no ther documents that I'm aware of.
So if they don't issue the "correct" V5 for it, would i get a Q plate or another ... |

Do you mean an "A"-suffix plate (e.g., ABC123A) or an "A"-prefix plate (A123 ABC)? They are years apart.
