You've quite possibly blown the fuse but that is likely indicative of the wipers being seized. The wheel boxes are the prime culprits here. You may get away with it by lifting the rubber boots at the ...

Yes as has been said they were a big Radio producer for two way communications, bought over by Phillips. We used their radios back in ICI in the 80's!
