I haven’t fit mine yet but I did mount the Spal fan to the condensor. I fit foam pads between the fan and the condensor.

Start with the obvious and check the clutch fluid level. A failing master cylinder can also do this with no fluid loss.

You raise good points Dave. I fit a short shifter for an entirely crazy reason: so the shifter wouldn't bash into bottles in my drinks holder. It worked, though the shift is much stiffer.

A single drop on the bottom of ...

Leaking front diff with no sign of leaking? Axle seals.

Oil gets places and loves gravity. Lots of drips and messy bottoms actually originate from the rocker cover/injector area. These engines a ...

Just to riff off Ianh, I have a remapped 2.4 with only a "mild" tune. I can wrap my EGT into piston melting range with ease. The extra power is welcome but it has to be applied with care a ...

Take a sharp center punch and peen all around the centre of the plug. This can "tighten" female torx fitting.

Last, but not least, heat the plug and let it cool. This can also loosen th ...

Smack the old plug with a hammer to shock the threads.

Buy a new plug and braze on a 1/2" nut (3/4"/19mm across the flats). No trouble next time.

A sinking pedal with no loss of fluid usually means the master is bypassing internally.
