I also measured each pin to ground - similar values. The change in voltage was done that way.
I will do it again later today.
How do you measure and check if the arm is moving at the same time?

I believe that in Europe the ford 2.2 TDCI was unfortunately also referred to as a TD4 ! Certainly the DT224 is the correct engine designation.
