ive just replaced the vcv because of huge amount of diesel smoke and engine knocking , found it was stuck open and was running at 500 bar at idle when i checked live data on the Autel.

yes it sounds like a glow plug fault, check the feed into the glow plugs from the relay is ok , then check the resistance on each glow plug.
its either a electric issue or faulty glow plugs. |

Hi i'm after the rear fuel lines for a puma 90 2.2
These are the lines from the fuel pump/sender to the fuel filter, these have to be from the 2.2 model as they are different to the 2.4 version. |

so further research into the 2.2 , its the euro 5 ford engine which doesnt have the PRV valve and its all controlled by the pressure control valve in the pump and the ecu monitors the pressure.
